RENOVATING the heart of Clearwater
From Concept to Creation.
This former bank building underwent a complete transformation. Making the most of its original structure, we reinforced the sturdy steel and concrete framework initially designed to house the bank’s vault, while gutting everything else in preparation for the building’s dramatic renovation. Both aesthetic and functional, this approach provides the advantage of an impenetrable construction paired with a spacious floor-to-ceiling height.
